Once the free trial is completed, you will be notified so you can subscribe to the plan you chose to be able to keep using all the premium Reporfy features. Just select the plan you prefer and keep reporting like never before.

Reporfy subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and apply to a single workspace. They also adjust automatically when you add or remove members in your workspace.

When you add new members to your plan, you will be charged at the end of the billing cycle for those new users, with the cost prorated based on the remaining days in the cycle. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, ensuring that any additional users are billed accordingly at the end of each cycle.

Reporfy is designed to be responsive and works seamlessly on various devices. However, for the best experience, we recommend using the browser-based desktop version, as it offers the most robust and feature-rich interface. That said, we’re excited to share that mobile and dedicated desktop apps are part of our future roadmap, ensuring an even more tailored experience for all users soon!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Reporfy plan or your needs have changed, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here’s what happens when you cancel:

• Access Until the End of the Billing Period: After canceling, you will retain full access to your Reporfy features, data, and reports until the end of your current billing cycle. During this time, you can continue to use all the capabilities of your plan.
• Post-Cancellation Access: Once your billing period ends, your account will no longer have access to premium features or the ability to create or edit reports. However, your data and reports will remain securely stored in your account. If you decide to reactivate a paid subscription later, you will regain access to all your previous data and the features of the new plan you choose. Important Note: Canceling will limit your ability to use Reporfy until you renew your subscription.
