Once the free trial is completed, you will be notify so you can subscribe to the plan you chose to be able to keep using all the premium Reporfy features. Just select the plan you prefer and keep reporting like never before.

Reporfy subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and apply to a single workspace. They also adjust automatically when you add or remove members in your workspace.

When you add new members to a monthly plan, you will be charged instantly for those new users. However, if you're on an annual plan, you'll be charged at the end of each month for the year after the purchase date for the users you add. Changes to the yearly plan will only be charged once per month, even if you add numerous members throughout the month.

Reporfy is continually optimized for various devices to ensure a seamless experience. While we're dedicated to providing the best Reporfy experience on any device, we recommend using Reporfy on a desktop for the optimal user experience.

If you aren't 100% satisfied with a Reporfy paid Plan or your needs change, you may downgrade at any time or cancel your subscription.

When a team downgrades from a Pro Plan or Business Plan to our Free Plan, it retains its premium features until the end of its prepaid service period. At the end of its prepaid service period, it becomes a Free user with the limitations of that plan. However, all your data and reports will still be available. Still, you won't be able to create more reports beyond the limit. Nonetheless, suppose you decide to come back with a premium Plan paid subscription at some point. In that case, you will get all the unlimited capabilities again and access all your data. Anyway, if you are planning to downgrade at any given time, we recommend you reach out to us in advance so we can help you during the transition.

Once your information enters Reporfy's systems and servers (located in Microsoft Azure), it's secured with multiple levels of encryption, protocols, and access control to ensure data security.
